This policy explains how FathomCard handles your data. It is placeholder boilerplate — replace it with your reviewed policy before launch.
1. What we collect
Account details (email, handle, name), the content you add to your FathomCard, and basic technical data such as a hashed IP address used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
2. Private tiles
Content on private tiles never leaves our servers for visitors without a valid private link — it is stripped from the response entirely rather than hidden in the browser.
3. Cookies
We use strictly necessary storage to keep you signed in and to remember private links you have been given. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Your rights
You can export your data as JSON or text, clear cached searches, and delete your FathomCard at any time from your dashboard settings.
5. Reports and blocking
Reports you file are confidential and reviewed by our team. Blocked users are prevented from viewing your profile or contacting you.
