These Terms govern your use of FathomCard. This is placeholder boilerplate and not legal advice — replace it with your reviewed terms before launch.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create a FathomCard. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it so your FathomCard can be shown to the people you share it with.
3. Private links
Private tiles are protected by private links and access approvals. Anyone holding a valid private link can view the tiles it unlocks, so share links only with people you trust. You can rotate or expire a link at any time from your dashboard.
4. Acceptable use
No harassment, impersonation, sexual content involving minors, spam, scams or unlawful material. We may suspend or remove profiles that break these rules.
5. Termination
You can delete your FathomCard at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other people.
